Definitions

• Bot - Account quickpay#2413 (ID: 1204965592147296256) on the Discord platform.
• Service - Website available at https://quickpay.kotelek.dev.
• Discord - An application owned by Discord Inc.
• User - Any person using the Bot or the Website
• RODO/GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

Collecting data

1. Service
After logging in via the Discord account, the Administrator processes the following data:
• List of Discord servers the user is on;
• Name, identifier (ID) and link to the user's profile photo;
• Date of last login to the website;
This data is deleted after 3 months from the last login or after logging out of the Website. The processing of this data is justified in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f RODO/GDPR and results from the need to process data to identify Users.
2. Bot
When you use the bot, we process your Discord account data, such as your nickname, ID and avatar. The processing of this data is justified on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO/GDPR). Your data will be stored for a period of two years from the date of notification.
3. Chat
When contacting us via chat, we process the information provided in the message. The processing of this data is justified on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO/GDPR) and is intended to provide you with support. They are stored for 2 years from the start of the conversation.
4. Other data
The Administrator also collects and processes other information technically necessary to provide services, such as data of Discord servers to which the Bot was added or configuration values assigned by the User. Pursuant to Art. 4 section 1 and recital 26 of the RODO/GDPR, they do not have the nature of personal data, so they are not listed in detail in this document, and consent to their processing is not collected.

Cookies

The website uses cookies, the content of which is collected and stored by the user. Some of them (required cookies) are necessary for the proper operation of the website and may be saved automatically (without obtaining the user's consent). These include files responsible for recording User's session data. The legal basis for such action is Art. 5 section 3 of Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications and recital 66 of Directive 2009/136/EC. Other files (functional and analytical Cookies) are saved only after the User consents by clicking the appropriate button in the window displayed after loading the Website. .In addition to the tools provided by the Administrator (consent window), the User may decide to save Cookies through the settings of his web browser.

Rights of the User

Each User has the right to:
1. obtain access to your personal data (Article 15 of the RODO/GDPR) • request the deletion of your personal data (Article 17 of the RODO/GDPR);
2. expressing objections to the processing of your personal data if they are processed for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 21 of the RODO/GDPR);
3. request restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the RODO/GDPR);
4. withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data if they are processed on its basis (Article 7 of the RODO/GDPR);
5. data transfer (Article 20 of the RODO/GDPR);
6. rectify your personal data (Article 16 of the RODO/GDPR);
7. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority - Personal Data Protection Office (more information)
